OUTSOURCING (RPO)

Recruitment Processing Outsourcing (RPO) is an extension of the outsourcing industry that companies have used for years in many other fields. The philosophy of an RPO is that a company should concentrate on what they do best…..to attend to the core competencies that are vital to attracting and retaining their customers.

An RPO allows companies to source, access and retain top industry talent at dramatically reduced costs. Similar to the HRO (Human Resources Outsourcing), RPO’s assume the responsibility of the HR function, but specifically as it relates to the recruitment and hiring process.

Most RPOs will have a definitive scope of project varying from being the full recruiting department, to assuming the responsibility for meeting the hiring objectives of specific departments, locations, or segments of a business. RPOs can also be utilized on a project basis to provide an immediate flow of quality candidates to new projects or technologies.

An RPO provides a specialism in recruitment that means the recruitment process is quicker; the pool of candidates is smaller, better qualified and better suited to the company; and the RPO reduces the administrative burden on the HR departments and hiring department, leaving the business free to concentrate on what’s important….their business.

Hiring managers only review pre-screened and pre-qualified candidates that meet their predetermined specifications. An RPO also insulates clients from the more sensitive aspects of executive search and recruitment.

The Hallmark RPO allows our Clients to focus on the business of their business, while outsourcing an important, but peripherally related function to a proven partner.
