Problem: Fortune 100 Company called Hallmark on Friday at noon and needed a project team of 28 on a consultant-to-hire basis. The staff needed included Engineers, Information Technology and support personnel. This client needed the staff ready to begin the project by noon on the following Wednesday in Chicago, IL. Due to the nature of their business, all candidates had to be personally interviewed, drug tested, and have criminal background and references checked.
Solution: Hallmark flew 2 experienced recruiters to Chicago while other recruiters at headquarters blanketed the Chicago area for the best talent possible.
Result: The project completed on time!, and the Client was so thrilled with the project team that they ended up hiring an additional 7 people for a total of 35.
Problem: A major Hallmark Client received an Affirmative Action Citation from the Federal Government and was required to attempt to find a female helicopter test pilot.
Solution: The Client called Hallmark to complete this retained Executive Search.
Result: A suitably certified and qualified female helicopter test pilot was identified for this client within 30 days.
Problem: A mid-sized computer hardware dealer won a contract to sell, install and network 500 computers and printers, but they had to do it on short notice. They did not have the resources, so they called Hallmark to help.
Solution: Hallmark relied on its recruiting resources to put together a team of 5 qualified people. This installation team was ready in less than 48 hours.
Result: Using their Hallmark augmented staff, this hardware dealer successfully completed the project. Subsequently opening a new division, staffed primarily by Hallmark consultants, to provide software and infrastructure support services to their hardware clients.
Problem: Large Governmental Client needed an Information Technology Project Manager familiar with the healthcare industry, government regulatory compliance issues and HIPAA regulations to create a high-level design and "white paper" for a system to help prevent substance abuse.
Solution: Hallmark had a Project Manager already on staff who possessed extensive health care, HIPAA, and government services experience.

Problem: Our Client, one of the worlds leading computer manufacturers accepted a project to deploy 30,000 machines (both PC's and laptops) at 300 locations in 27 states for their Fortune 100 client.
